It seems to be have been a very long wait to get to March however the cool easterly wind are a reminder spring isn’t quite here yet. Winter thrushes have moved on and wildfowl numbers are dropping. This morning five Chiffchaffs were singing and the Great Crested Grebes were displaying.
It won’t be long until we see the first Sand Martins & Swallows and hear the beautiful song of Blackcaps & Willow Warblers.
